How are the cichlids liking the power head?

had to turn it off for a bit so i could git the water clear havent had it back on yet out on the road now but gonna break the 55 down and set up the 80 gal to a freshwater but i need some white pool sand about 100lbs should work havent been able to locate any yet but lookin......
