Fish will be ordered from our suppliers by approximately 24 November 2008 and will be shipped to our distribution center approximately 25 November 2008. We will begin shipping onward beginning the following week once the fish have recovered from inbound shipping stress. Fish can be picked up at our location or we can deliver to the Oklahoma Aquarium Association's December Oklahoma City meeting. We will aslo ship via FedEx or the USPS (we are in the process of obtaining shipper status with SouthWest Airlines). Live guarantee applies only to overnight shipping and same day air frieght (when available). All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. These charges vary supplier but average $2.00 per species bag charge, $6.00 - 8.00 box charge per box used for shipping, and $2.00 per heat pack (when necessary). Fish that are dangerous to humans or other fish must be picked up in Duncan on the day of delivery unless specific arrangements are made to the contrary.
